Ann Lewandowski

I learned from an early age the value of a strong work ethic, and life has presented me with many interesting career opportunities. Over time, I have become an effective leader and a perpetual learner of new things -- a generalist and a specialist, often simultaneously.  

 

Are leaders born or are they made? In my case, both nature and nurture have played a significant role in shaping my career as a servant-leader and people-centered strategist.
